Project Fund Donation
Project Fund
We are very grateful to the families who already support the school by way of the Project Fund, which is used to pay for projects at the school, such as new minibuses, science equipment, musical instruments, textbooks… the list really is a long one and includes the additional things that the school wouldn’t usually be able to afford but which enhance students’ school experience. Thank you so much for these generous donations.
If you would like to donate to the Project Fund, the easiest way is to do so online on your bank’s website, choosing the “Standing Order” option. The school bank details are as follows:

Gift Aid
Donations made through Gift Aid mean that the school can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give. It will not cost you any extra and in fact means that higher rate tax payers would be able to claim extra tax relief on their earnings. In order for the school to be able to do this you will need to complete a Gift Aid declaration and must have paid at least as much tax as the Gift Aid being claimed on your donation by the school. Please to access the Microsoft Forms in order to complete your Gift Aid Declaration.
If you prefer to complete a hard copy form then please complete the attached Projects Fund & Gift Aid form here, sign and return a hard copy to the school, addressed to the Finance Office or email back a scanned copy to finance@guildfordcounty.co.uk
